Consent

We are asking you to participate in a study to help us improve our products. For this participation, you will be given compensation of $50.

Study Description

In this 30-45 minute online session, we will solicit your comments and feedback in a facilitated website user testing session. We will ask you to perform 8-10 tasks on a new website and answer a few general questions about it. Our website development company, Graphically Speaking, will run the testing session and provide a report to us afterward.

Data Collection, Audio and Video Recording

We will collect data from this session manually. Audio, video, and screen captures of the study session will be recorded.

How We Use Information from This Study

The primary use of these recordings is to assist in our subsequent analysis of the sessions. We may also use anonymous segments of the recordings to demonstrate user sentiment, such as in the form of edited video clips or participant quotes.

Except for any recorded audio and video of you, participation in this session is anonymous. No personally identifying information will be used other than for administrative records and data analysis. We will not share personally identifying information with third parties.

Tester Requirements

The testing sessions will be conducted and recorded using the MS Teams communication platform. You do not need an MS Teams account to participate. However, you will need a reliable internet connection and a desktop computer with a microphone, camera, and screen-sharing capability.

The testing sessions will take place in the week of February 17, 2025, between 9 AM and 5 PM, at a time convenient for you.
